METAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS MASTS
 

We design and manufacture different self-supporting metal towers specifically for telecommunications use: telephony, radio, television, antenna support, CCTV cameras, etc.

AZ MASTS
 

AZ-type lattice supports formed by hot-rolled steel corner profiles, with screw joints. 


These supports are used for the installation of antennas, lightning conductors, accessible platforms for the installation of lighting fixtures or any other accessory required.

  • Intermediate footrests.
  • Approved fall protection system (lifeline).
  • Protection against corrosion by means of hot-dip galvanising.
  • Daytime marking paint in accordance with the International Civil Aviation Organisation.
  • They are supplied completely disassembled, or assembled in sections of 6 meters, at the request of the client.

SHEET METAL MASTS

Sheet metal masts are octagonal-section, truncated-pyramidal masts made of folded steel sheet which are attached to the ground using a base plate and anchor bolts.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Shaft with one or two sections.
  • Possibility of concreting lower section to avoid oscillations produced by buckling due to wind loads
  • Concreting of lower section to prevent oscillations produced by buckling due to wind loads.
  • Interior conduits for wiring.
  • Upper support for TV camera or any element required.
  • Upper and lower access door and support for panel board.
  • Protection against corrosion by means of hot-dip galvanising.
  • Daytime marking paint in accordance with the International Civil Aviation Organisation.

As these supports are used for different applications, the manufacturer must be consulted on the foundation of each case
