GALVANISING
Own galvanising plant, where we galvanise our own products, in accordance with Standard UNE EN ISO 1461, as well as those of other clients.
We have eight 12.50 metre-long treatment tanks and a vat measuring 12.50 x 1.50 x 2.50 m which holds 320 tons of zinc smelted at a temperature of between 448-452ºC.

PAINTING
We have automated robotised thermo-lacquered painting installations, where we have the capacity to lacquer pieces measuring up to 12 metres in length and 900 kg in weight.
It is a multi-metal installation for a coating applicable on steel, galvanised steel or aluminium.
